Lemon Bars - Tara Giordano

½ C butter
1 C flour
¼ C powdered sugar

Mix, press in bottom of an 8x8 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

¼ C sugar
2 T flour
¼ t baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon

Mix and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Top with powdered sugar. Serve.
