1 cup flour
1 cup milk
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 cube butter (1/2 cup)
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. While preparing mixture, melt cube of butter in 9x13 pan in the oven-remove as soon as butter is comepletely melted.
Mix flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth and pour into pan w/butter. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with syrup or jam.
This is also one of my families favorites. Over the years I have altered the recipe a bit in an effort to make it a little bit healthier. I use 3 whole eggs and 6 egg whites instead of 6 whole eggs and and only use 1/4 cup butter and it is still very yummy.
